1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PRL Roadlines' (Phogat Roadlines) transport aggregator platform, including our website, mobile interface, and WhatsApp-integrated booking systems, you agree to be bound by these Service Terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Phogat Roadlines regarding your use of our car and bike transport services. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Description of Services
PRL Roadlines provides specialized logistics coordination for vehicle carrier services (both Open and Enclosed Car Carriers), bike relocation, and residential household shifting. We act as a technology-first logistics partner, connecting clients with a curated network of verified transport hubs across India. Our service includes route optimization, real-time tracking, and comprehensive transit management.
3. Booking, Quotations & Financial Terms
- Estimates vs. Final Quotes: Instant quotes generated by our cost engine are initial estimates based on standard vehicle dimensions. Final pricing is subject to change based on actual audit of asset value, vehicle modifications (e.g., roof racks, spoilers), and transit path complexity.
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after the submission of necessary vehicle documentation (RC COPY, Insurance Copy) and the payment of a security deposit required for specialized hydraulic carrier mobilization.
- Payment Schedules: 50% mobilization fee is often required at pickup, with the balance due upon arrival at the destination warehouse before final door-to-door delivery.
4. User Responsibilities & Documentation
The user is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is in a transport-ready state. This includes removing all personal belongings (non-factory items), maintaining a minimum fuel level (usually 5-10 liters) for loading/unloading, and providing a set of keys. You must also declare any existing mechanical issues or damage through our digital inspection portal at the time of pickup.
5. Transit Liability & Insurance Protocols
All transit operations managed by PRL Roadlines are covered by base insurance protocols. However, for high-value assets, luxury SUVs, and classic cars, we mandate the declaration of full asset value to ensure comprehensive risk coverage through our insurance partners.
- Force Majeure: PRL Roadlines is not liable for transit delays caused by extreme weather, floods, earthquakes, government-mandated transit restrictions (e.g., strikes or lockdowns), or other force majeure events beyond our control.
- Claim Window: Any transit-related damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window or after the vehicle has been moved from the delivery spot may not be entertained.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup window will incur a nominal mobilization fee to cover the logistics costs of re-routing the carrier vehicle. Refunds for cancelled bookings, after adjusting for mobilization fees (if applicable), will be processed through our Cost Engine and credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
